Is this legal? Am I allowed to buy or sell these credits?
CredSwap operates as a brokerage and intermediary — we facilitate introductions between holders of unused credits and parties looking to acquire them. All parties sign NDAs and identities are never disclosed to the issuing platform.
Credit grant programmes typically prohibit resale in their terms. We operate in a private, closed-network model with limited volume — not a public exchange. That said, we recommend reviewing the terms of your specific grant before proceeding.
How do you verify that the credits are real and still valid?
Every seller account is verified before it enters our inventory — via read-only API key access or account screenshots showing live credit balance and expiry date.
As a buyer you can also request read-only API access yourself before committing, so you independently confirm the balance before any payment is made.
How long does a transfer actually take?
Most transfers complete within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Once we receive payment, we coordinate with the seller and transfer credentials. You then have a 24-hour window to confirm everything is working before the deal is marked closed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Buyers pay via UPI or bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS). We invoice in INR with the equivalent USD credit value clearly stated.
Sellers are paid in cryptocurrency — USDT or USDC — to a wallet address of your choice, settled within 24 hours of the buyer confirming access.
What happens if the credits don't work after transfer?
We provide a full refund or replacement guarantee. If credits don't function as described — balance is incorrect, access fails, or the account is suspended — report it within the 24-hour confirmation window and we will replace the account or return your payment. No questions asked.
This is why payment is held in escrow until you confirm access. Funds are never released to the seller until you verify the credits are live and working.
Will the AI platform know I'm using transferred credits?
No. We operate completely independently of all AI and cloud platforms. OpenAI, AWS, and Azure have zero visibility into our transactions. Your identity is never disclosed to the issuing platform — to them, the account simply has a new owner who reset their credentials.
I received credits from YC / NVIDIA / Google — can I sell them?
Yes — we work with grant recipients from accelerator and startup programmes regularly. YC Startup School, NVIDIA Inception, Google for Startups, Microsoft for Startups, AWS Activate, and others.
If you received credits you're not actively using, we can help you recover their value before they expire. Your participation in the programme is never disclosed to the buyer or to the issuing platform.
Do you offer an NDA before we share any details?
Yes. A mutual NDA is available on every transaction — for both buyers and sellers — before any sensitive information is exchanged. Check the NDA option in the inquiry form, or simply mention it when you reach out and we'll prepare it before the conversation proceeds.
Are credits smaller than $2,500 available?
Our standard listings start from $2,500. If you have a specific requirement below that — or need a platform not currently listed such as Anthropic, Google GCP, or others — send a custom inquiry and we'll try to source it. We work on a requirement basis for non-standard sizes.
